Pedro Pablo Pacheco Sánchez, PE - MSMM.
Pedro Pablo Pacheco Sánchez was recently reincoporated as manager and served as associated consultant of TRACYSCA-HT since 1994 until 1999. He was Manager at BearingPoint; Sr Maintenance Consultant at TERQUIMCA; Production General Manager at Diques y Astilleros Nacionales (DIANCA), Maintenance Manager at CONTRANSA; Community Services Manager at Valencia County, and managed his own consultancy firm APEMSA. He served by 18 years as Engineering Officer at Venezuelan Navy.
Pedro Pablo has extensive experience in managing and had been supported several national companies in chemicals, oil & gas, armed forces, metal-mechanic, transportation, textile, plastics, and others sectors about Maintenance (TPM & TQM), Logistics, Risk, and SH&E.
Pedro Pablo is a graduated as BS in Naval Sciences from Venezuelan Navy School and as MSc in Maintenance Management from Polytechnic University Institute of National Armed Forces Graduated Center. He has been trained in Italy, Mexico, and Venezuela. He had wrote articles in magazines and newspapers, and training courses. He teached Maintenance, Logistics, and Quality Engineering & Management in several Venezuelan Universities.

Mariana A. Bárcenas Cartaya, TSU
Maariana is our Manager of Systems and Information Consultant. Has been working at TRACYSCA-HT from 2002. Mariana has been developed overstanding work form her incorporation in our corporation, it has valued to grow faster until get up the current position.
Has particpated in several projects as development of Enterprise Resources Planning System (ERP), On Site Support for Wackenhut de Venezuela (2002); developing, implementation, and support for EAM SAGEM at Supermercados Unicasa (2003-2007); Project Manager at the McDonald's Asset Mangement (Venezuela 2005-2006) between others.
Mariana began her career as University Superior Technician in Information from Colegio Universitario de Caracas and currently is in process to get her degree as System Engineer from the Universidad Nacional Experimental de la Fuerza Armada Nacional (UNEFA).

Pedro has worked as Technical Consultant of TRACYSCA-HT. Has been with TRACYSCA-HT from 2000. Pedro has demonstrated his high capabilities to understand problems and find out solutions in business process development.
His skills have permited to be involved and participated in diverse projects as Equipment Overhaul at Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA), Asset Management at McDonald's Corporation (Venezuela), between others.

Henry B. Pacheco Sánchez, PE
Henry B. Pacheco have been Associated Consultant of TRACYSCA-HT from 1996. He was Inspector Engineer in several works and constructions at Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) and the Corporación Venezolana de Guayana (CVG). Additionally, he manages his own firm INSPENCCOR, its is dedicated to Inspection, Testing and Corrosion.
Henry has a wide experience on field related inspections and NDT, supporting several nationals companies as chemiclas, oil / gas, armed forces, metalmechanics, transportation, textil, tobacco, plastics, and others; in operationals servicesand technical advising about Metallurgical Engineering, Maintenance, Risks, and y SH&E. He had teached many people during training courses.
Henry is a professional from Venzuelan Central University (UCV) in Metallurgical Engineering. He has been trained in Venezuela. He is certified professional in Welding Level III, NDT Level III by Organization of Atomic Energy.
Henry speaks Spanish and some English.

Julio José Torres Deseda, PE
Julio J. Torres Deseda served as the Chief Operational Officer of TRACYSCA-HT Engineering from 1993 until 2002; as Operations Manager at Informática HT; as Manager at Computational Center; and Chief of Department at NCR Sistemas. During his tesis preparation to obtain graduate degree served by 2 year at Air Base Libertador from Venezuelan Air Force.
Julio has extensive experience in consultancy and professional services in consulting, software development, insurance, document control, taxes, and big supermarket chain operatrions.
Additionally in CMMS/EAM, CLMS, and others to support operations in several national and international companies from armed forces, coffee, metal mechanic, transportation, banking, textile, and others sectors.
In 1993, Julio programmed the first Computerized Maintenance Management System to TRACYSCA-HT. Today is the Enterprise Asset Management SAGEM which is used by diverse enterprises in Venezuela.
Julio is a graduated as Computing Engineer from Simon Bolivar. He has been trained about IT, Maintenance, and Business Administration in Venezuela. He is active in the Board of Venezuelan Engineers. He was named Computer Adviser at Venezuela’s University-Enterprise Foundation.
Julio speaks Spanish and English.

Pedro is currently our Director & Principal Consultant.
He had worked as Senior Manager with international IT and consulting firm as BearingPoint. Until 2005, he served as the President and Technical Director of TRACYSCA-HT & Consulting since 1992.Pedro has been with TRACYSCA-HT since its foundation. He was an Intevep's External Consultant, Oriental Marine Group's Western Manager, Bancor Financial Group's Vicepresident of Logistics Support, Channel National Institute's President Naval Adviser, Consortium Ecosen-Cavein's Project General Coordinator. He served by 11 years as Weapons and Electronics Officer at Venezuelan Navy. Pedro has extensive experience in managing and owning professional service firms in consulting, software development, insurance and construction.
He assists companies in developing and implementing global asset management and reliability strategies that increase their technical and financial performance. He has been supported several national and international companies in Colombia, Brazil, Italy, Mexico, Nigeria, Panama, Trinidad & Tobago, and USA; in the energy (included oil & gas) , hospitals, armed forces, coffee, metalmechanic, transportation, banking, textile, plastics, and others sectors in the Asset Management arena (Maintenance, Logistics, Risk, and SH&E).
Pedro is a graduated from Venezuelan Navy School (BS in Naval Sciences), Newport University (equivalency in BS in Mechanical Engineering), and the Polytechnic University Institute of National Armed Forces (MS in Maintenance Management). Pedro is also a Senior Consultant Certified by Interamerican Development Bank (IDB) and CONINDUSTRIA for Medium and Small Business Improvement Program; and Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional from SMRP USA. He has been trained in Argentina, Italy, Mexico, United States, Trinity & Tobago, and Venezuela. He is a Member of Adviser Committee for International Energy Foundation in Canadá. Recently, he was named Chairman of Venezuela’s University-Enterprise Foundation. He speaks Spanish, English, and Italian. Also little French and Portugues.
In 1991, Pedro wrote the Maintenance Handbook for Medium and Small Industries which was published by Petróleos de Venezuela PDVSA under the sponsorship of CONINDUSTRIA. In 1993, Pedro developed the CMMS called SAGEM and today this is an EAM which is used by diverse enterprises in Venezuela. Additionally, he had wrote papers, articles in magazines and newspapers, and training courses. He is active in numerous professional organizations including the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP), Association for Facilities Engineers (AFE), Association of Reliability Engineers (ARE), and teached Maintenance, Logistics, and Quality Engineering & Management in several Venezuelan Universities.
Also is active in various Caracas, CD & Internationals charitable and personal improvement organizations.

Marlene is our Projects Administration and Financial Manager. Has worked at TRACYSCA-HT from 2001.
Has particpated involved in administrative activities and enterprise's business; as PMO of several projects as development of Enterprise Resources Planning System (ERP) for Wackenhut de Venezuela (2002); developing and implementation of EAM SAGEM for Supermercados Unicasa (2003-2007); McDonald's Asset Mangement (Venezuela 2005-2006); Instalation of Communications Centers for Movistar and Cantv (2000-to be presente), between others.
Marlene is BS in Busineess Administration.
